Family Loses Home in Early Morning Fire in Southern Houston County

DOTHAN, Ala. – A family in southern Houston County is left without a home after a devastating fire early Monday morning. The blaze broke out around 4:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Bobby Hall Road.

When fire crews arrived at the scene, they found a brick home fully engulfed in flames. Authorities reported that a live electrical wire was also found on the ground near the property, adding to the danger.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The homeowner was able to escape the flames safely before firefighters arrived. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and authorities are continuing their investigation.

Firefighters worked quickly to contain the blaze, but the damage to the home was significant. While the family has lost their residence, they are thankful that no lives were lost in the incident.
