City officials announced final reminder for adult Easter egg hunt event

Dothan, AL – The City of Dothan Government issued a final reminder for its upcoming event, “The Hunt: Adult Easter Egg Hunt,” hosted by Dothan Leisure Services.

The event is scheduled for April 4, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Westgate Tennis Center. Officials said the event will feature more than 800 hidden Easter eggs with prizes that include electronics, gift cards, cash prizes, and other items.

Activities will begin with a social hour from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., followed by an egg and spoon race from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., offering participants a chance to earn advantages for the main hunt. The egg hunt itself will take place from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Attendees will also have access to on-site bars hosted by the Wiregrass Museum of Art and food available for purchase from P.S. Taco.

Officials noted that ticket prices increased after March 2, with general admission set at $40 and VIP admission at $80. Additional information about the event and other programs is available through Dothan Leisure Services.
