Dothan, AL – The Dothan Police Department participated in a community 5K event organized by the Exchange Center for Child Abuse Prevention, highlighting ongoing partnerships focused on supporting children and families.
The Superhero 5K took place at Westgate, drawing participants and supporters from across the community.
While some officers attended to show support, others took part in the race.
Among the participants, Officer Hinson earned top honors as the overall female grandmasters winner, according to the department.
Officials noted the importance of maintaining strong community partnerships, particularly with organizations dedicated to preventing child abuse, and praised all who participated in the event.
