Enterprise, Ala. – Two men were arrested following a police raid at a residence on Oakridge Circle on January 31, which led to the discovery of marijuana and a stolen firearm.
According to the Enterprise Police Department, the raid resulted in the seizure of illegal substances and weapons from the home. Emmitt Reed Jones Jr., 39, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a pistol by a violent felon. Justin Rashawn Sconiers, 33, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and receiving stolen property.
Both men were taken into custody and transported to the Coffee County Jail, where they are currently being held. Authorities did not release additional details about the investigation, but the raid marks a significant operation in the ongoing efforts to address drug-related and firearm offenses in the area.
The investigation is still ongoing, and police continue to gather information regarding the incident.
